Culinary Skills Circus

In preparation for our Field to Fork challenge, we have been developing our culinary skills. We explored hygiene and learnt about the importance of hand washing. We also discussed the danger of cross

contamination of food.We carried out taste tests on imported and local produce to see whether we could taste the difference.Chopping, peeling and dicing are all important skills. We practised them so that we will be ready to prepare our meal
