Each year, we hold a number of special days and weeks with specific themes and topics. These days and weeks involve the whole school and often involve in the timetable being collapsed to get the very best work and experiences.

To promote anti-bullying and ensure everyone feels safe at Roselands, each year we support the national anti-bullying week. This year there was a focus on 'one kind word' and this has been emphasised in our assemblies and strongly linked to our respect school value.

Safer Internet Day
As part of our computing curriculum, each half term we have a focus on internet safety - so children know how to be safe online in school and at home. To raise awareness of being safe online, in the Spring term, children will take part in different age appropriate activities and scenarios.
In Spring term, we hold a celebration of all things Science. This gives children an opportunity to get 'stuck in' with exciting experiments and investigations.
