Science Week 2016 started off with a bang (literally) with every child taking part in the awe inspiring Science Tricks show led by Steve from The Explorer Dome. All week the children enjoyed a range of scientific experiences that were designed to get children asking their own questions and developing a love and fascination for Science. Key Stage One were really lucky to receive a visit from Mrs Bevan who was able to share her scientific expertise and how science helps her in her job. The Year 5 children were amazed by a visit from one of the Biology teachers from South Devon College who introduced them to the world of microscopic organisms. It really was great to see all the children buzzing about the Science going on around the school. Huge thank you to all the staff and volunteers for making it such a successful week.
