About us
The Parent Staff Association (PSA) has been running for many years at Roselands Primary School.
We are a small committee with a growing number of regular volunteers and friends, but we are always looking for new members with new ideas. Our aim is to raise funds for the school to benefit all pupils.
All the funds we raise go directly to improving the school and helping our children. We cannot organise events without the help and support of parents; as the saying goes ‘many hands make light work’.
We want to continue to donate to the school for the benefit of all our children, but without support, we cannot continue with the proposed events.
For those of you who have attended meetings and coffee mornings, you will see that we are a VERY informal group who are intent on having a fun time whilst organising fundraising events!
Please look out for details of coffee mornings/meetings and come along to support our school!
Contributions go towards:
- Reception book bags
- Year six leavers events and gifts
- Christmas crackers and table cloths
- Hot chocolate and biscuits for bedtime story night
- Christmas gift for every child
- Easter gift for every child
- School books
- School equipment e.g. iPads, beebots
- Improvements to outdoor areas e.g. new shelters
- General resources for the children to use within school

- Quiz night
- Discos
- Bedtime story night
- Christmas art
- Christmas Fair
- Easter egg hunt
- Easter hat competition
- Summer fair
- Bag2School – clothing collections
- Refreshments at Christmas Productions/Carol Concert & Sports Days
- Cake and Friday Treat Sales
Roselands Lottery
Every month, we hold a lottery draw. Anyone associated to the school can enter with a prize of £30 to the winner.
